Growth, not always that easy.

Sometimes it feels like going backward.

You put in the effort, you make changes, and yet some days it feels like you’ve taken two steps back instead of forward. İn fact, that’s normal. Growth isn’t a straight line. It’s messy, it’s uneven, and often frustrating.

The moments that feel like setbacks? They’re usually the lessons teaching us to notice what we have been avoiding, or truths that we rather ignore.

But believe me, even when it feels like backtracking, the learning is still happening beneath the surface.

So, instead of resisting it, pause. Notice the discomfort, the frustration, the impatience, and let it teach us, because, even in the moments that feel like a step backward, we are moving forward, quietly, irreversibly, and more consciously than we realize.

Growth isn’t always comfortable.  Most of us spend our lives avoiding discomfort. But avoidance doesn’t erase lessons; it just delays them

So let’s give it a try. Sit, breathe, and notice. Let the discomfort do its work.

Maybe the next thought will help, just take what resonates and skip the rest.

I am allowed to stumble, I am allowed to question,

I am allowed to feel the weight of my own learning, I am not behind, I am not broken,

I honour the lessons that make me squirm, I embrace the moments that test my patience

I sit with discomfort and let it teach me.

I trust the strength that lives quietly in my body, I trust the voice that whispers even when I resist.

I trust the power that grows beneath my hesitation.

I release the need to understand everything at once, I release the need to control the timing of my growth, I release the belief that struggle is failure

I am walking my life path, I am stepping into my power, I am moving forward always, I am learning, I am growing,

I am radiant, I am enough.

Notice the strength it takes to sit with discomfort instead of running from it.

Sometimes the hardest thing isn’t changing your circumstances, it’s staying put while life feels heavy, confusing, or frustrating.

Every time you pause instead of fleeing, every moment you resist the urge to numb or distract yourself, you are practicing courage.

This kind of strength is subtle. But it matters. Sitting with discomfort teaches patience, resilience, and self-trust. It allows you to truly notice what’s happening inside and understand the lessons that would otherwise slip by unnoticed.

So today, take a quiet moment to notice the courage it takes to feel what you feel.

Feel those moments of confusion which are uncomfortable, sometimes even painful, but which are also essential. They force us to pause, to question, and to sift through what really matters.

Let’s be grateful for the clarity that comes after confusion, even if it’s slow.

So let us take a moment to honour that process, to be grateful for the glimpses of understanding, and for the lessons that are hidden in the chaos.

What colour is your aura?

Maybe today it is not the colour you wish it were?

Please take a little pause. A gentle check-in. A moment to notice your emotional state, without needing to change it. Your aura today isn’t a verdict, it’s a snapshot.

It might be bright. It might be foggy. It might feel like, well, I’m here, but my spirit isn’t.

So, let us tune into the colour of our energy.

I want you to close your eyes for a moment and picture your energy as a colour. What does it look like? Is it soft blue like calm water, is it warm gold like a bright morning sun, or does it feel deep green like a quiet forest, or maybe it is a misty grey, waiting to clear? I want you to let it appear just as it is, don’t try to change it.

Now take a deep breath, keep your breath for a moment, now release. Let everything in your body soften. Observe your colour. It doesn’t matter if it’s faint or flickering, it’s yours, it is exactly how you feel, a true reflection of how you feel right now.

This one little moment you can interrupt the Loop!

Sometimes, life can blur into repetition, with the same thoughts, habits, and reactions playing over and over again.

Today, notice one habitual thought, reaction, or behaviour that keeps showing up in your own “loop.” It could be overthinking the same conversation, or doing a task the same way without reflection. Now deliberately do something totally different, take a new approach.

Pay attention to what shifted in your energy. Does your aura feel lighter, brighter?

Did a new colour or sensation emerge? Breaking the loop doesn’t need to be dramatic, it’s simply a way to step off autopilot.

Life often feels like, the same thoughts, the same routines, the same little frustrations, playing over and over. Your energy can get stuck in that repetition, dimming your aura without you even noticing.

When we move on autopilot, we miss subtle messages from ourselves. Those loops can be signals. Telling you where your boundaries are, where your energy is leaking, and where small shifts could make a big difference. Ignoring this keeps you trapped in patterns, while noticing them gives you a chance to grow.

Breaking the loop isn’t about fixing everything at once. It’s about showing up differently in one moment, and letting that choice expand into the next. Your spirit doesn’t need perfection, it needs awareness, curiosity, and a little courage to step off repeat. One breath, one choice, one tiny shift, and you can start feeling fresh again.

So feel the colour of your energy, be it soft, fierce, quiet, or bright, hold it tenderly in the palm of your hand.

Release what no longer serves you.

Open your mind, your third eye, your heart

Feel ready, to see, to feel, to be, and shine exactly as you are.

Now take a pause and look around. What colour catches your eye? Look at the sky, on your desk, in a cup of tea or coffee, or look at the colour you wear.  This colour is not just decoration; it is a reflection, a mirror of your own energy. Sometimes it’s bright and fiery, sometimes soft and muted, sometimes a fleeting shimmer you barely notice.

Let it be a gentle signal from the universe, a whisper that your aura has a presence here, now, in this moment. Maybe it’s the green of a plant reminding you to breathe, the gold of sunlight nudging you toward joy, or the blue of a shadowed corner asking for calm and reflection. Whatever it is, allow yourself to notice it without judgment. Let it settle in your awareness like a tiny pulse in your aura.

Take a deep breath and imagine the colour spreading through you, touching your thoughts, your body, your mood, feel the quiet language of your energy.

Let us be grateful for the fact that we can feel our aura, our energy. Let us be grateful for the subtle colours, for the warmth or coolness that speaks without words, for the signals that guide our attention toward what we truly need.

Today is a reminder of this awareness, of the unseen currents that we carry, of the quiet magic present in our ever-changing aura.

There are seasons who are quiet...

While reading my blog, can I suggest you listen to Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, and let the silence in the music reach out to us.

Just as in nature, our live, has seasons, some are full of energy, while others are slow, quiet, almost invisible, but that doesn’t mean they are not important. These are the moments where live invites you to take a pause.

So right now I want you to relax your face, unclench your jaw, slightly separate your teeth, and feel how this small release runs down your neck, your shoulders and into your chest.

Remember, when one part let go, the others follow, you create space to soften, to let go and sometimes that is all it needs.

Some seasons in life feel quiet, almost invisible, and yet those are the moments that matter most. These slow, unseen periods where faith is thin, where energy is low, these moments are often when the deepest transformation is quietly taking place.

Growth isn’t always dramatic. Sometimes, it’s barely noticeable. Even when it’s soft, uncertain, or fragile, it’s still working, still guiding, still building your resilience.

These slow seasons are sacred, as they remind you that you don’t have to feel strong to be growing,

Growth doesn’t always arrive with a spotlight, it often thrives where no one is watching. Trust the slow work happening beneath the surface. Even in the quietest seasons, you are evolving, becoming stronger, wiser, and more aligned with your true self.

So allow me to guide you in today’s affirmation:

I am allowed to grow in silence, to stretch my roots where no one sees the slow unfolding of my becoming

Even when my faith feels thin, even when my hope whispers, I am still moving forward.

I honour this quiet seasons, I honour every small choice I make, every soft act of courage I make.

I embrace patience as my guide, and stillness as my teacher.

I am enough in my whispers, whole in my doubts, and strong in my fragility.

I allow my inner light to glow softly, even when no one notices,

I trust that the work of my heart, is profound, lasting, and unstoppable.

Just before I go, let me give you a last thought.

Do not shy from the ache.

Let your heart tender and exposed, be the doorway through which understanding, healing, and unexpected grace flow.

Remember that parting is never just leaving, it is an entry into something larger, a lightness born from the places that hurt most.

“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
